Please note that all guests will be required to ride a chairlift to and from the ceremony on Mandan Summit. There are no alternative means of transportation to the ceremony site. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
The entirety of our wedding weekend will be held onsite at Sundance Mountain Resort.
We strongly encourage all of our guests to stay on property and fully enjoy the weekend, as there will be no transportation provided to or from offsite hotels.
Please note that late-night rideshare availability (Uber, Lyft, etc.) in the area can be very limited.
We will kick off the weekend with Welcome Cocktails on Friday, June 19th at 7:00 PM and round out the weekend with a Farewell Brunch on Sunday, June 21st at 9:00 AM.
Guests will have ample time to explore the activities that Sundance has to offer before the Welcome Cocktails on Friday, before the Ceremony on Saturday, and after the Farewell Brunch on Sunday.

All guests will be required to ride a chairlift (the Outlaw Express) to and from the ceremony site at Mandan Summit with a strict guest boarding timeframe from 5:00 - 5:30 PM.
No, all wedding events will be adult-only for our invited guests.
There are several on-site dining options at Sundance.
Reservations are encouraged for dining at the Foundry Grill and the Tree Room and can be made up to two months in advance.
The Owl Bar does not take reservations and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, while The Deli is a fast casual counter with a grab-and-go type menu.
